A warm bath, relaxing music and two types of bubbles - some to create an amazing smelling bath and some of my favourite prosecco in a glass!

A glass of wine and a classic film always helps me to forget the day and relax smile

I like to relax by knitting and listening to a good audio book mystery.

I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and often struggle to relax at all. I find, however, that a shower helps me no end to ease those pains. The hotter the shower the better, almost to the extent of my going a red lobster colour. This is best when followed by a ten to fifteen minute session with body butter, moisturiser etc and another five minutes rest. Hopefully then my husband will have washed the pots, vacuumed, or done at least some of the many daily tasks which are part of a housewife's lot!!
