A warm bubble bath a good book to read in it is my perfect relaxation! I have arthritis so the warmth helps my joints so much and really relaxes mind and body!

I line up my bath products all of the bath, and it's my time alone and for a bit of luxury!
I have always loved Sanctuary products,I was given a set for Christmas years ago and was hooked! The problem is it's so gorgeous others don't really compare.

Currently it's the bath soak and wet skin moisturiser, and a Anne Boleyn by Alison Weir book!

BLISS!

A bath and a good book.

Auntieflo Mon 17-Sep-18 12:03:39

A bath and a good book for me also.
Seems to be popular.
If I can persuade DH to bring me a cuppa, that would be perfect.

I find relaxing hard! Lying in the sun with a good radio play switches me off but 'relaxing' perhaps not.

OldMeg Mon 17-Sep-18 12:11:35

Send the DH away golfing for a couple of days.

Sending OH out for a catch up with his pals for a couple of hours and then having a nice pampering bath followed by nair and pedicure does it for me everytime.Oh and take the phone off the hook so no disturbances at all.

Suffering from fibromyalgia, I like to lie in an epsom salts bath with added essential oils to relax painful, knotted muscles reading a good book or listening to the radio. Afterwards, massage with a warming muscle rub and lie down listening to guided relaxation/meditation while diffusing relaxing essential oils.

A walk in my local countryside either along the river into the woods or up on the hills and moors. I do all of my thinking, solving problems and having pleasant fantasies usually about winning the lottery or competitions whilst walking. Then a long soak in the bath with luxurious products.

glammanana Mon 17-Sep-18 12:41:33

^should read nail and pedicure^ not nair oops.

Shower, bed and a good book.

If relaxing during the day- my comfortable chair, a cup of coffee and either a decent TV programme or a good book.

A good book, outside if it's sunny, or late at night my favourite TV programme and a mug of hot chocolate!
