Walk on the beach; laugh with the grandchildren; anything to do with the garden, so sit or work in it; chocolate (oops); Mindfulness; hot shower, massage. Quite a range really.

I find a pedicure really relaxing, to be honest it’s the luxury of a space all for myself as much as the end result of fancy toenails that is so relaxing and stress relieving.
