I line my bath products up & delight in choosing one for my mood. I luxuriate in the bath with mood music & a face mask. Ending up with a body scrub.

I do adult colouring to relax and unwind. I find it so therapeutic and relaxing and can be as creative as I like. You can get a wide range of different colouring books and I am really proud of my full pencil case. It is perfect for my Mindfulness.
