I like to have a nice warm bath with lovely scented products, then curl up with a good book and a pot of tea. Some hot buttered toast would make it just perfect.

To unwind nothing better than a face mask, a nice cup of tea and some biscuits and some classical music... always with my cat by my side...

I sit at my dining table and watch the birds on the feeders outside the window. Darting and dancing, squabbling and squawking, all different personalities all staking a claim. They all visit to their own timetable and the family groups in spring and early summer are hilarious.

My favourite way to relax is to get in contact with nature - either by a walk in the park, on the beach or just sitting in the garden (with a coat on if necessary). If I really can't get outside then I relax by listing to classical music.

Aromas are important to help you wind down - some lavender to soothe the senses and relax the muscles and some Ylang ylang to spice up your life!

HootyMcOwlface Mon 08-Oct-18 11:54:40

A nice hot shower, then snuggling up in a cuddly dressing gown (and maybe a blanket) with a mug of hot chocolate and watching a Morse, Lewis or Poirot etc on the tv. Bliss.
