We have a new baby in the family (just a month old) so I'm looking forward to gifting a set of Beatrix Potter books for him to enjoy in years to come.

I am giving my grown up children experiences ( escape room/theatre tickets) and buying sponsorship of water aid and toilets. I don’t like buying pplastic landfill. Some good reads always appreciated too!

I just feel that giving a present that means something personal to the person your giving it to means a lot at Christmas. A lot of thought and effort goes into buying presents for family and trying to get the right item for the right person is always great when they open it with a big smile to say they are happy with it. Books for one of my Grandaughters is top of the list she is an avid read and books are always top of the list.

A necklace for my neighbour. It is special because there is nobody else who will give her something personal.

This year I am giving a donation to charity - instead of sending cards and giving some gifts that I know are not needed. I have also donated to the Book Trust to give children who are vulnerable or in care the gift of stories and hopefully taking their minds elsewhere, away from the difficult situations they could be experiencing.

My son is autistic and is desperate for a new laptop and thats what he's getting. although he doesn't know it and to see his face on xmas morning will be so worth it

The best present I'm gonna give my family is time! Lots of time to cook, eat, play games, watch TV and laugh together!

I am looking forward to opening Christmas stockings with my daughter. She has been in hospital for a long time and we are allowed to have her home on Christmas day. We love to sit on my bed and open the stockings we fill for each other.I am counting down!

My 10 year old grand daughter was really drawn in to the story of the plight of the orang utans due to palm oil production and we thoroughly enjoyed the television programmes on the orang utan school. For Christmas I will be sponsoring an orang utan in her name - she will get a certificate and regular email updates and under the tree (or maybe in the tree) will be a cuddly orang utan to remind her of the real ones.

I'm looking forward to giving my granddaughter who is 1 her presents and seeing her play with them. What a great prize, I love reading so my ideal prize to win and keep me busy reading them all.

I'm looking forward to taking my mum to see Andre Rieu. It's our first Christmas without Dad so I want to make it extra special for my mum.

My son has just bought is first house and we are buying him a dining table and chairs, Look forward to hopefully sitting at it for a meal!

I'm really looking forward to giving my husband a rather hard to track down item related to his hobby. It isn't particularly big or expensive and I don't want to say too much but oh, the hoops I had to jump through to get my hands on it!

Xbox for my son will love it

Some lego gears and axles for my grandson.He makes some fantastic models with them.

The gift I'm most looking forward to giving is a Kindle for my DGD. She has no idea that she's getting it, DD has told her there's no point even putting it on her list. (Don't worry, it was DD's idea, I'm not being that grandparent!)
I'd love to get this prize to share with my DD as we're both bookworms and can never have too many books!
