definitely frisbee (still play now). My brother and I would play in every free moment,-making up tricks and gathering crowds! Holidays on the beaches were the best. Great memories.

Always making dens, an old sheet and some old pillows, kept us entertained for hours

We used to play four squares in the street that I lived growing up. Chalked onto the pavement the big square then it was divided into four smaller squares. Four of us could play at a time letting the ball bounce once then hitting it into another square until someone was declared the winner or somehow it had gone over the hedge of the neighbour's garden. And it was me they pushed forward to retrieve the ball, being the youngest and very shy, 'Please Mrs Ellis can I have my ball back?' Otherwise, it would end up in the bin, sliced in two. (Maybe i'm still traumatised, a childhood memory I won't forget)

Paddling in the sea and playing on the beach. I grew up near the sea.

Apart from climbing trees & making dens in the woods behind our house with my brothers & friends, I always looked more forward to going to my dad’s allotment everyday with him, helping to plant new seeds, looking after them as they were growing & helping to dig them up etc when they were ready.

Playing with a whip and top. Chalking different designs on the top and see how long you could make it spin. Probably banned these days as whip too dangerous!

Tending the tomatoes with my grandfather in his greenhouse, I can still remember the wonderful smell! We would then take his dog for a walk on the beach opposite his home - happy days...

we used to love making 'recipes' with mud, water, grass, moss and anything else we could find in the rocks near the river (not too close!) - that was back when you could go out in the morning and home for tea and mum wouldn't worry!!!

I love building a den with a rug on the floor and a bed sheet pegged onto two garden chairs
I'd stay in that den for hours and hours.

My best friend and me used to go cycling or exploring for hours in the beautiful local countryside, We would take a few jam sandwiches and a lemonade drink made up with Eiffel Tower powder! If we were going to climb the Malvern hills we would fill our bottles at the well, We were probably only 10 or 11 when we started our adventures!

Me and my friends riding our bicycles with my dog running alongside up to our local reservoirs and going swimming. We would spend all day there in the summer months.
