I feel young again when I when I put my music on when nobody is watching and dance like crazy! I spin, sing and use the hairbrush microphone and I am 18 again.

Since my precious little granddaughter Kassidy was put into my care 2 years ago aged 4,she has made me feel young again ( and sometimes very old too ?) she is making me see everything with fresh eyes again and she doesn't see me as old she just assumes that I will get down on the floor and play with her and run around outside with her so yes,Kassidy makes me feel young again ❤

Camping, of which we have just enjoyed a week in Dorset. Husband and I feel re-energised and as young as all the youngsters out there.

Breathing in fresh clean air - very deeply, adventuring outdoors, swimming in the sea, coastal walks with my dog, frequent enjoyable exercise, being more mindful and not getting bogged down with social media is a must !

Going to the seaside, having an evening with friends from school, occasionally driving fast, in the sunshine with the windows down and blaring my favourite music

A day out with my children or grandchildren... the circus last week with grandchildren and Hyde Park Music festival with my youngest son yesterday!
