Laughter. Not caring if I sing along to supermarket songs, dance in the street, act silly and do a few unexpected slightly mad things on occasion! So many things! Playing loud music, going to football with my sons and husband, running around with my grandchildren, great classes in the gym and then going out for fun nights with the girls when we laugh until we cry!
Working with young people and explaing what the 70's fashion and music was all about. Also when an advert comes on and i know the song they are playing in the background. The youngsters are amazed i know the words.
