Taking my Granddaughter to the park

Spending time with my best friend who I have known for over 50 years. We talk of childhood memories and have the same sense of humour plus our parents who are all gone now were friends. We have such happy times together. .

I love being with my nephews and nieces - they make me feel young again So does being with my oldest friend and laughing till we cry , over nothing

Going out and enjoying myself with friends makes me feel young and not thinking about my age.

Going on roller coasters...

Spending time with my grandaughter!! I still don't feel old, so guess question for me should really be what makes me feel my age!!

Being with my grandchildren is the best thing in the world. Nothing compares to it and running around after 3 year old twins certainly keeps me fit.

I'm afraid that 'rampant sex' was indeed my first thought but I bet others have said that, so... finding my Biba dresses and holding them up in the mirror and wondering why I stick out at either side of them... Still makes me feel young, 'though!

Skipping through the fields near my house. I'm taken right back to my childhood. Hopefully any passers by will see the funny side!

Wearing my steam punk boots with jeans. I may be mid sixties but I get loads of compliments from complete strangers when I wear them!

I always feel young again when sitting down outside on a sunny day completely relaxed with my eyes closed thinking of times past.

Still having great fun with friends who were our neighbours when we got married in 1968. We have been so lucky to be there for each other through over 51 years!

Watching and listening to the Rolling Stones. I went to see them at Old Trafford in Manchester last June on their No Filter tour and it was like being 16 again when I first saw them at Roundhay Park in Leeds in 1982. Whenever I hear a track of theirs I immediately feel young again and they are an inspiration to me. Can't wait for the next tour, possibly in 2022 when they celebrate 60 years as a band.

Spending time with my young daughters and their friends makes me feel younger

I recently started dancing classes - fast movements to very modern up to date music and I absolutely love it. Never imagined I'd be beebopping around at my age and doing leaps and turns but I do! Makes me feel like a teenager again.
