The summer.....I hate the winter.....feel so much younger and livelier in the warm weather

when my children are talking about a music artist and i know who they mean haha

My husband who is ten years younger than me and now we have just celebrated 20 years married

Packing up some sandwiches and riding my bike to a deserted river bank or field and enjoying the peace, I always come back feeling young again.

Having fun with my son

Going to aqua aerobics! A lovely time singing along to the music and splashing about in the water ? great fun makes me feel young again .

Lying in bed reading for half the night and still being able to get up early the next morning without feeling exhausted.

Spending time with my gorgeous granddaughters makes me feel young(er!) ???

Trying to keep up with my grandchildren keeps me young?and also i climbed to the mount of mount snowden and i may have looked all of my 58 years but i felt exhilarated and 16 again??

Laughing about something intrinsically silly until your sides are aching and you think you might actually throw up ?

Keeping up with the teenagers in a game of netball.

Listening to the songs of Elvis, Frank Sinatra and all the ones I grew up with.

Playing Jacks with my 9 year old granddaughter, sitting on the kitchen floor. Lots of giggling and cheering. Memories of a much younger me playing the same game with my mum.

Watching the "A Whole New World" segment in the new Disney's Aladdin film.

I teach students which is always invigorating!

Waking up in the morning and having a nice cup of tea

Playing, singing and dancing with my grandchildren. Feel young (and later k****ered) .. but while it lasts it's a great feeling!

My 2 yr old grandson explores the world with eyes of wonder. By sharing in his care I see the world with eyes anew and enjoy simple pleasures like feeding ducks, watching builders work and imagining what might live in a hole in the ground(Peter rabbit he decided)
