My weekly night out with my friends, we are able to be ourselves, relax, laugh till our jaws ache and then look forward to the next one, bliss.

Just being able to have a really good laugh about something or seeing the funny side of perhaps a serious subject or maybe just putting a different meaning on things can all make me feel childish and carefree again

After being widowed at the age of 71 I joined the Rock Choir. Although it is a business It is an amazing organisation and I have made so many friends who all love to sing and dance. Age is no barrier and it makes me feel uplifted and joyous whenever I go. I feel young again.
