Having a girly weekend somewhere fun catching up with old friends ?

A day out with my children or grandchildren... the circus last week with grandchildren and Hyde Park Music festival with my youngest son yesterday!

Going to the seaside, having an evening with friends from school, occasionally driving fast, in the sunshine with the windows down and blaring my favourite music

Dancing, singing and being with friends of all ages.

Breathing in fresh clean air - very deeply, adventuring outdoors, swimming in the sea, coastal walks with my dog, frequent enjoyable exercise, being more mindful and not getting bogged down with social media is a must !

Camping, of which we have just enjoyed a week in Dorset. Husband and I feel re-energised and as young as all the youngsters out there.

a healthy diet and exercise , keeping occupied and your brain active, I knit and sew for charities gives me motivated

Being included in work 'Banter', and not treated differently because I could be their mum!

Cycling gives me a new lease of life. I love it.

Being with friends and family who are younger than me!

Hearing music from my youth and also exploring new places.

Since my precious little granddaughter Kassidy was put into my care 2 years ago aged 4,she has made me feel young again ( and sometimes very old too ?) she is making me see everything with fresh eyes again and she doesn't see me as old she just assumes that I will get down on the floor and play with her and run around outside with her so yes,Kassidy makes me feel young again ❤

I feel young again when I when I put my music on when nobody is watching and dance like crazy! I spin, sing and use the hairbrush microphone and I am 18 again.

Being able to join in a Body Combat class with young people at the age of 60 makes me feel young again!
And dancing round the kitchen to 70s music.
