Walking on a sandy beach with sand between my toes. Listening to Children laugh as they build sandcastles and play in the sea. Takes me back to a wonderful care free childhood.
Music from the sixties makes me feel young again, gets me dancing around the kitchen with my grandchildren, memories come flooding back to me of my youth The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, beehive hairdos, pointed toe shoes, rushing home on a Friday to watch Top of The Pops. Happy days x
