Music from the sixties makes me feel young again, gets me dancing around the kitchen with my grandchildren, memories come flooding back to me of my youth The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, beehive hairdos, pointed toe shoes, rushing home on a Friday to watch Top of The Pops. Happy days x

My little Grandson, through him, I am up to date on all the latest trends, I get to play all the games and have fun, I laugh a lot and all these elements keep my mind feeling young, just need my body to follow suit!
