My dog (a ten year young schnoodle called poppy) makes me feel younger. In ? years she is 70 so has overtaken me.

going for long walks with the dog in the countryside. His enthusiasm makes me laugh.

Work. I work in retail there are a lot of students working with me.

visiting the seaside and having fish and chips and a walk along the sealine

Spending time with my kids and Grandkids keeps me young

Doing some exercise.

Gardening and nature watching (ie quite often bug hunting or catching worms to put in my compost bin!) with my grandchildren. We have named quite a few birds and butterflies, build an insect home and watched our local hedgehog, as well as sowing a wild garden, it's all been great fun.

Playing music from the 80's really loud, and dancing about like no one is watching

Spending time with my grandchildren makes me feel young especially when we are splashing in puddles or doing something silly.

Keeping generally healthy and fit keeps me young - love to get out and about as much as possible

Being around my grandkids playing they make me feel young and sprightly because they have so much energy.
