I feel young all the time - don't think I'll ever grow up to be honest!

Kicking through the fallen leaves in Autumn. I do it every year and always get strange looks but some folk smile and nod at me.

I'm only 58, I AM young!

Being on an 'adventure' holiday this summer with lots of young people. Us oldies joked how we were doing things that we certainly wouldn't be doing if we were on holiday with just those age 50+. It was great fun and made us feel young again!

Childhood memories, the aroma of fresh bread from the kitchen, mum's warning --do not touch, it's too hot, happy laughter and chatter later when we tuck in to jam and bread.

What makes me feel young again is looking through Photograph Albums and watching old films.

Our holiday to Florida this summer made me feel young again, as I rode rollercoasters, laughed and screamed along with the youngsters.

Being with people that are older than me ?. Funny but true.

Simply remembering that age really is just a number! I still like to keep active, (my grandchildren help with that! ) I still dye my hair and wear makeup. I believe that if you look good, you feel good! I like to take care of myself and one thing that I never scrimp on is beauty products. They not only improve my appearance but they give me the confidence to go out and face the world knowing that I look and smell nice! I also believe in laughter lifting your spirit so I surround myself with people who make me laugh, smile and enjoy my company as much as I enjoy theirs!
