Talking to all age ranges of people makes me feel happy

When my 2 year old Aussie granddaughter appears on my IPad at 11pm (her early morning) and demands, “Come and play with me in my playroom, Grandma.” By the time I have watched her for half an hour, and she has ‘read’ a book to me, I feel 40 years younger!

spending a day on the beach ,playing with the grandkids,paddling and playing ball etc

Spending time with my grandchildren, seeing things through their eyes takes me back to being a young girl

Spending time with young people, especially teenagers is great. They always seem to accept you as you are and their energy rubs off so easily.

Being able to bring laughter and comedy to folk and making them feel happy, that makes me feel happy and young at heart too
