Our village has a wonderful Community Support network set up,never have I been so grateful to live here.

72 (just) very active, driving, loads of activities, on various committees etc but any one of could be struck down

I’ve managed to get my old mum linked up to her Coop who will do phone order deliveries and also someone running an online group with whom I can communicate if mum needs anything else. Such kind folk!

I have just had 2 cards put through my letter box- 1 red, 1green and a leaflet explaining that if I am fine, keep the green one up in my window. If I have a problem or am unwell display the red one.
Each street/area in the village has a contact person and will get help for those needing it. .
Isn’t it good to know that people care?
