Anyone down loaded it yet? I read about it and it seems to be a good way for us all to contribute useful data which might help. I've downloaded it and, apparently, I have to update my health status each day.
Easily enough done.
Interesting to read how there's been a marked reduction in people reporting corona type symptoms. Fingers crossed.

I have daily data on the " Ovulation calculator" coronavirus section which gives me daily updates of my particular area of Wirral and so far no reports of coronavirus in their system. It does allow personal updates too.

I admit that this area isn't even a " pass through " to the beach so virtually no hanging around in the place at the best of times with few people frequenting this particular " out of the way " place.

The calculator updates worldwide cases as they appear in varying countries around the world.

I've been doing one run by King's College, London, Guy's and St. Thomas' Biomedical Research Centre for a while now. Takes about a minute once a day.

That's the one I mean. Easy to do and potentially helpful.

Yes I’ve been doing that one too. Just takes seconds every day.

That's a brilliant idea. I'd not heard a thing about it in the media? Why don't they publicise it more? I'll download and do that.

Been doing it for some while.

Jane10 Fri 10-Apr-20 07:50:13

It's UK wide. Where are you Willow?

BlueBelle Fri 10-Apr-20 07:59:08

It’s a bit muddled for me as all stats show my town as low but our nearest hospital is in another county so our stats will be totally skewed not so easy to account

I know one thing and that's there are far too many deaths that have occurred in this country so far, nearly 8,000 ! So unacceptable. Yet some of the poorer countries are showing very few.

Jane10 Fri 10-Apr-20 09:36:42

Because the poorer countries aren't testing!! There's no coronavirus in North Korea.

I'm thinking more of a stricter regime Jane10.

People here are still flouting the law, though they wouldn't if they had a gun at their heads---that's the difference. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be " too free ", not in this case anyway.
