Lockdown weight up

I don't possess scales but I have had to buy new bras online because I cannot do them up! Next it will be trousers. Never mind, when at last I can do some proper exercise - at present I am shielding and can't go beyond the garden - I shall get out my bike, start playing badminton again, swim etc etc. Oh yes this is temporary.

I went into this positive that I could leave lockdown better than I went in! Found jigsaws, books, carry on with Elderfit at home, night face cream, Going to sort all my photos and make albums. Cook good meals. I look after DH but thought okay I can manage this. Not once used night moisturiser ... not moisturised legs either, no jigsaws done, read two books, gradually got fed up with keep fit BUT I have cooked and baked, looked after DH, photos are taking ages....why do i still feel really low about not doing the other things. I can go out for an hour a day but last two days cant be bothered!?! I dont like this me! Plus my hips have spread!! Sorry just a grump.

Put on half a stone..and am so glad..being underweight..
I'm not eating more...just not running around like a blue arsed fly now doing everything for everybody..

I've said it before to myself every time the chocolate comes out and I'll say it again, it is well known that chocolate eaten during a lockdown contains no calories at all.

Despite lots more walking and exercises I have put a few pounds on. Mainly due to eating too much chocolate and cakes. Won't worry about it for now as need my treats.

I put on about half a stone since the lockdown, which I can't afford to do (being already a few stone too heavy), so I'm now on the Exante diet (similar to Cambridge diet, mainly milkshake things), and in 9 days I've lost 11lbs! Several more stone to go

My dreams never include diet, exercise or weight loss. I often dream of chocolate though.

I've put on a few pounds - but so what, don't care. It's a small price to pay for keeping safe and the weight will drop off again later.
