Thanks for this, a really interesting article from a man who knows what he is talking about.

For me the main thing that he brings out is the after effects - I don't think a lot of people know how the virus can affect you even if you don't die.

I have a colleague currently being treated with corticosteroids after what sounds like a very similar experience. He is 50, and was very healthy so we were all very surprised when he was so ill.

The cost to the health system for the treatment of many survivors is going to be enormous.
