Up to half a million people in Liverpool are set to be tested for Covid-19 under the UK government’s first attempt to embark on city-wide mass testing and track down every case of the virus.

I just hope they have enough labs to do the tests quickly and its not another fine expensive mess being undertaken by the Government.

If it is possible to catch carriers before symptoms are showing it is a way forward to stop the infections spreading.
However, I don’t understand the thinking of a person being interviewed on the tv who claimed she would not be taking a test if she doesn’t show any symptoms.
In France a similar test is available to everyone but the older people, Although it is not a 100% perfect it is a step in the right direction and Christmas maybe on yet.
