When we had to leave our house after a bad fire, my husband and I went to stay with some friends and our son went to a hotel (which the insurance company paid for).
I cannot see any reason why, in an emergency, there would be any problem with either option even during lockdown.
Fingers crossed that you don't need to find out!?

If we in lockdown and something happened and we had to leave our house in an emergency would we able to stay with my daughter.
