Caring for disabled in tier 2?

I would like to care and provide schooling for my disabled granddaughter one day a week. She is 14 and home schooled. Can I to do this in tier 2. It is obviously unpaid

As far as I'm aware childcare for children 13 and under has always been allowed; I'm assuming as your granddaughter has special needs the age limit wouldn't apply so you can provide care.

In any event, welfare visits/care, whatever age has always been within the regulations.
