I can't say that I agree with everything he says, particularly about carrying on as normal and just vaccinating the vulnerable because this wave is less dangerous.

However, I do agree with him that the way deaths are recorded is not very accurate. But I'm not sure that any alternative method would be any better. Perhaps we just need to understand the shortcomings of the current method.

His graphs don't seem to be very accurate - I haven't checked all of them but the one for Northern Ireland is totally wrong.
