I shall look forward to stringing that one along.

I had immense fun VQ, I generally pretend to be a little hard of hearing or muddled, that way they have to repeat everything. I do the same with all cold callers, especially those who insist that I've had an accident that wasn't my fault, I just ask which one, as I'm always having accidents! My OH just sits there laughing he finds my antics quite entertaining, particularly when I eventually rip into the caller and tell them exactly what I think of them! Oddly enough, they never call again. ?

My son received a text informing him he'd been identified as someone requiring the vaccine ASAP and to click on the link provided. He's a fit and healthy 42 yr old! He knew it was a scam straight away. There were even spelling errors in it. These people are just without any conscience whatsoever.

Any brits who have not taken Belgian nationality are being offered a 10 year M card, giving the same rights as we had pre-brexit.
On Friday a warning was sent out saying scams are around offering to 'sort it all out for you' and asking for your bank details.
Then again yesterday some tw*t posted on a site asking why he had been unable to contact his local Commune to collect his card. Saturday and holidays.
They have a full year and it is all online, then when possible you will be given an appointment, dumb and dumber.

It has been on the news and in the press warning us about these scam calls and emails!!

They don't miss a trick, do they? Sadly, there will be some who will hand over bank details and that's why these scams continue.

Sadly I can’t say I’m remotely surprised.
It’s a gift to them, and even more sadly, a number of naive, trusting and vulnerable people will almost certainly be taken in.

Firstly, let me say this, we cannot jump the queue, we cannot pay to get the vaccine sooner, it is supplied and prescribed by the NHS and NO ONE ELSE!

Well, it was only a matter of time but this morning I was contacted by some lowlife, disgusting individual who phone me about getting the vaccine.

I know, first hand from our local Commissioning Group, that GP's will be writing to us all in turn to offer the vaccines. However, I let the person talk away saying they could arrange for someone to come to my home at a day and time to suit me, I would have the choice of vaccine and the second dose was guaranteed blah blah blah........!

I let them talk but swiftly spoke my mind when they asked for my bank details! What a bloody nerve, just how low will these people stoop???
