Just check that she has been in quarantine for two weeks under the government organised scheme. I would also ask her to take a test and be found not to have the disease before allowing her to return to work.

If you are in the UK, depending on your age and health, you will probably have had the vaccination.

I employ a cleaner who is Brazillian & has just come back from Brazil after visiting family. As Brazil is on the "Red List" should I ask for proof of vacination or "Test" when she returns to my house as my cleaner.

Presumably she’s isolating until she’s clear.

Then it’s the same risk as it’s always been.
