I remember having to be vaccinated when I was working with patients during the Asian 'flu epidemic.

I was discussing that with my DH I don't understand why they have refused. I had a little concern about the ingredients of the vaccination. I have granddaughters I have not seen I want to see them as soon as we can so I had the vaccine.
Each person who can have the vaccine has the choice so it's up to them. If l worked with the general public especially the NHS I wouldn't hesitate.

I don’t know farview but I’m flabbergasted when we have been staying home to protect the NHS . In turn I would like them to protect my family should I come into contact with them.

That's quite a high percentage (based on Ggle figure of 1.4m employees in NHS). I wonder how it compares with the general population of Covid vaccine refusers.

Why are these NHS staff not willing to be vaccinated?
