I think the “amber” should be missed out. Either you can go
or you can’t!

I agreed with what Tony Blair said (on Andrew Marr show ?)about vaccinated people having more travel rights etc (I’m paraphrasing obviously)
Please I don’t want an avalanche of how awful Blair was I’m just saying I agree with what he said in this case !

So sorry I only heard reported what he said on radio 4 PM while driving !
My own view is that technology should make it easy in some way ?

Re, proof of vaccination, I don’t think Blair suggested anything new but Matt Hancock pointed out that if you have the NHS app on your phone, your vaccination status is there for all to see. I know not everyone has a smartphone so no shooting down, please!

I don't like Tony Blair at all but I too agree with what he said. He seems less messianic at the moment.
