Government approved test centres for Fit to Fly

I am clearly technically illiterate as I cannot find out from Government site if the centre in Leeds is approved for private tests to fly to USA. Anyone out there had experience of it? I know it has to be a private provider but I cannot see an approved list on government site no matter how meticulously I scour it. It says government approved on its own site but you are advised by government to check their site, which seems impossible to do. Any help would be appreciated.
