Hi laidback I hope you enjoy it, I'm sure the tickets were a pretty penny. I saw tickets advertised for "An Audience with Al Pacino" the other day at a "special price" (so perhaps they aren't selling!) of £247. He looks a bit odd to me these days, too much surgical intervention by the looks of it, makes you wonder that some of these oldies think they still have pulling power. But Barbra is in a different league I accept. I like some of her songs, when she isn't screechy!
Husband and I went to see Graham Nash (ex Hollies) and David Crosby (Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young) at the Royal Albert Hall a few years ago and again eye watering ticket prices and a lot of it seemed pretty self-indulgent to me, lots of shut-eyed long drawn out vocal riffs.
But at least they were generous "giving" to the audience and I think Ms BS will be the same.
Have any of you got all electric cars? Pros and cons please.
