thatbags, it did, but I am away next weekend. In my student days we had a regular weekly debate organised by the Student's Union. Quite high profile, though not as much as Oxbridge, I was a regular both speaking from the floor and, at times from the table. I even travelled a bit and was one of the first, but, not I think the very first, woman to speak at the Durham Union. Someone came up to me after the event and congratulated me; 'for a woman I really spoke very well'. I turned on my heel and walked away.
