one and half hour country walk (brisk) with DDH. It has become a habit now (2 weeks to develop a habit) and we feel we just HAVE to go out and walk. My lovely GP told us today that exercise benefits for the 15 hours afterwards so to add on a further 25 mins exercise during the day to top it up. Very beneficial for healthy body. Will take his advice.

, got to the gym, did 30 minutes on the exercise bike and 30 minutes in the outdoor pool. The sun was shining, and, honestly, it was glorious. Not to mention how pleased I was with myself.
