Another pound of and a total of four stone gone in three years only half a stone or thereabouts to go. The trouble is I still feel very big I must have been gargantuan.

Good morning! Frost on the grass and sun screen lotion back in the cupboard. hmm

Glass is off on her travels but I'm sure she'll have all the satellites lined up so that she can still keep an eye on us!

Easter soon.....the year's whizzing by isn't it? Let's all make a big effort during the week, then we can ease off a little over the Bank Holiday. smile
