You are jesting aren't you. I am a very good skier, cross-country skier and a very passable snowboarder - but I just cannot run for toffee (maybe to save my life, but I've never tried).

Very sad Nonu and such a young woman, only 30 I believe. I know that after what happened to Fabrice Muamba (apologies if I have spelt his name wrong) there were calls for routine health tests for young athletes and it does seem as if this would be a good idea.

I think, when you are exercising you should always stop if you start to feel at all poorly. Or at least slow down a lot.
