Anyone had any experience of Graze.com?

I did this a couple of years ago and while I enjoyed my occasional boxes of olives and dried cranberries/wasabi peas etc, they were very expensive and I would have done better to pop into a well known emporium better famed for its knickers!! You have to specify what you like/don't like, but I still seemed to get an awful lot of sultanas which are cheaper just about anywhere else! Also very easy to get locked in by apathy - you know, forgetting to cancel in time before the next box goes out. If you are good at keeping on top of that sort of thing, I would say give it a go with their trial offers.

My Dh was getting these in the office for a long period. They are marketed as healthy snacks. Seemed to be a lot of calories to me, including the chocchips in with the nuts etc. He was eating them as well as everything else (sandwiches from the van, cakes and sweets that people keep bringing into office etc) If you want to eat nuts and dried fruit there are cheaper ways to do this. i think it is quite successful because it is slick and a bit like getting a little present in the post.
(No calorie content on their boxes by the way)
I think if you want a little snack in the office an apple or a banana might be a better idea.
I was interested the other day to see that Premier Inn had a menu with calories on it. Very illuminating.

sba DD had them for a while last year after having a few months free and then rolling into the contract, some of the boxes were tasty but some pretty boring, and the quantity is a little scant against the cost, much cheaper to buy the bits you like from the high street. Not even going to mention the calories .

Glass I will be back on the weekly weigh-in thread next week as I have sinned an awful lot over Christmas and New Year and haven't even dared to step onto the scales! Too be honest I feel sure that I must have put on 5 or 6lbs, possibly more so it will be all systems go to repair the damage done to my previously successful weight-loss
The power of advertising works doesn't it, as these boxes of healthy snacks did attract my attention, but I did suspect that there may be an excess of the 'cheaper' and 'boring' items included in 'my personally selected boxes' and also, over the past year or so, I have become very concious of the high calorie content in so-called healthy foods!

I agree with most of the contributors to this thread. The snacks were tasty and you can choose which ones you'd prefer and which ones you really hated. I used to really look forward to my Graze box but after a while I felt that it was an expensive treat and that I could easily buy the treats offered. It was fun while it lasted though.

I keep seeing those adverts for slimming meals that are delivered and can't help but wonder who can actually afford them; the adverts shows a woman with a young family I think. Surely she'll eat the slimming meal then pick at all the leftovers like I did?

I guess those would only work if you had nothing else to eat in the house. How likely is that really?
