Is anyone trying this one. I can't remember the name of the Doctor who is doing it, but he has been on it for 6 months now and has had good results.
You eat normal for 5 days of the week. Choose any two days that you want to "diet" on these two days you are restricted to 500 calories.
The "experts" say that you should loose about 1lb on the diet days.
The Doctor says that the biggest benefit has been his mental state. He says that he is much clearer.
If you read up on it it's very interesting as to what happens to the brain.
