Can't weigh myself properly as we are at DDs and I can't read the non-digital scales! But hoping that the absence of Christmas chocs and the inhibiting effect of DD's and DSiL's presence on the wine consumption will have been beneficial smile

Joining the 'no loss' club I'm afraid ladies (oops and gents if we have any male losers! blush)
I am very sorry to say that I have let you all down and put on just over a pound angry this week - put back the pound I lost last week.
To be honest I am not entirely surprised (but still very cross with myself) as with the weather being so foul I have gratefully accepted any lifts to and from work that became available - I am sure that makes a big difference as it is a mile each way to and from work.
I have also succumbed to comfort eating as it has been so cold and miserable.
Roll on February and March and the arrival of spring - I always find January a very 'blue' month and, like Mollie and Marelli have already said, we need half decent weather to go out walking.
I don't mind how cold it is but I HATE the wet/damp!

Seem to have stayed the same sad. I'm needing to get out and do some walking again. Pure laziness on my part, as DH walks every day.

no change - zilch, nada - still 9st 1 lb
but no gain either. Think the weather is not conducive to either extra dog walking or giving up certain foods. smile

Think I have the date right this week.

Hope you have all had a good week, look forward to hearing from you all. smile
