Yes! I use one occasionally and it's brilliant! The equipment is good and I enjoy it much better than being inside. It's a great excuse for some fresh air too!

On our daily hour and half walk today my DDH and I discovered a brand new Green Gym only 1/2 mile from our home. We had a little go but decided it would be better when the children are back at school. Anyone else had experience of these outdoor gyms for adults?
