Glass no one can accuse you of being a bad influence! Your endless support and encouragement to us all is wonderful and when you have dodgy times like this it proves you are human
We all go through periods when for one reason or another we slip off the wagon and you reach out and rescue us so I am sure I speak for everyone when I say 'Well Done' on maintaining and thank you for everything!

I am a bad influence really, I have not been to class for two weeks to get weighed, got weighed here and have maintained and only 2 weeks till I am away for a few days with my sisters.

Thanks Glass for all your encouragement and support to us all, what would we do without you?

I forgot to post last week, I lost one pound last week and one this week, so this 5.2 fasting diet is working, but slowly. So onward and downward I ,hopefully ,go.

Thanks grannylin,unfortunately we are on holiday for two weeks from Saturday so I'm anticipating 'reverse progress' a bit like 'delayed success'

Oh congrats Jane you've got under 10st! Lost another 1lb, so nearly there and am going on holiday in 2weeks.I'm doing the Great/glass diet..lots of walking with poles and eating smaller portions (not at the same time though!)

Lost 400g down to 63.5kg, so quite pleased

Morning all! I was hoping Glass was going to give us a reprieve and we wouldn't need to confess this week but she remembered!
Had an 'up and down' week last week with a few sinful moments. However, I tried a 'Fast Day' but not until Saturday so probably had no effect on my Sunday morning weigh-in?
Sunday morning weigh-in stayed the same - sorry folks but at least it's not a gain.
This week I am going to try one Fast day with a limit of 600 calories (about half what My Fitness Pal says I need per day) and a second Partial Fast Day when I will limit myself to about 800 calories, just to see if I can jolt a bit of a loss as I seem to be stuck on a plateau. I will stick to My Fitness Pal all week so here's hoping!

Been off GN as had loads of visitors and no time but happy to say I did not put any weight on while they were here even though I didn't lose any. Actually quite proud of myself as we were forever stopping for coffee and had several meals out.

Now must try really hard as my summer clothes are too tight!

Just started today...will sign in every week if I do it OK, so far so good. Hope we don't have to confess our weights!!
