Is anyone else doing this? - if so have we got an official thread - I gather mumsnet has and also facebook neither of which I want to join.

specki, there's a thread already started for this, called the 5:2 Fasting Diet. If you look down the Forums list under 'Dieting', you'll see it there. smile
