Monday 24th June weigh in.

Just thought I would let everyone know that I reached my target weight and will now be the tall slimmer person I wanted to be for the Wedding of the Year in September,it's taken a bit of hard work sometimes but I think the difficult part will be keeping it off now,DD and I have joined the gym again and both have been cycling a lot these past few weeks and even though I am baking alot for my business I am managing not to test the finished product,so fingers crossed I can keep it off.Oh by the way I can now keep a hula-hoop up around my middle, not been known since I was a child.Total lost is 2st 61bs now size 12.

That is wonderful news Glamma. - of course you will keep it off especially if you have bought the outfit!
I am back home now and with the digital scales ---- now I have to confess that I seem to be a bit - a pound and a bit- up this week. Have not weighed for a couple of weeks.
Now we are home both OH and I are back on the diet sheet from the DR - one for diabetics but he says it is good for everyone. So here goes hoping for a better result next week.

I've been properly in the zone this week, not a single cheat and it's paid off as I've lost 4lbs. #chuffed

That takes me back to the weight I was in January. Still several stones to go, but if I can lose another couple of pounds this week I'll hit my target of half a stone off before next weekend's reunion.

If I ever reach the point of being a size 12 I shall wear all of my clothes inside out so everyone can see the labels.

Well, whatever I put on last week I have lost again this week. It's very slow but I will carry on.

notso well done you, it has been hard going I must confess but the turning point was when my boys took a photo of me at a barbeque and I did not like the outcome, I found it a struggle to fit into my jeans so I really got down to it,good job it's not winter time as I do love my comfort food during the winter.

glamma - that's wonderful - you must be so pleased!

I have complicated matters by buying new scales. My old scales say that I have lost 1lb but the new ones are weighing about 1.5 lbs heavier. So yes, I have lost, but perhaps I am slightly heavier than I thought. If you see what I mean.

Well done Glamma and Notso. I suppose I should say I have stayed the same this week - 58.8 up to 58.9 - but it's always a bit dispiriting when the 0.1kg is in the wrong direction ! Seems ages since I hit the 58kg target weight ( briefly ! ) Really finding it very difficult to get back down to it and then maintain .Hey ho - Another week , another opportunity !

I have not had chance to carry the totals over yet I will do that tomorrow, I have had a melt down today so bear with me xx

Finally remembered to weigh myself this morning and no change. Flying off for a few days today and will try to be good.
