yes your right about the exercise, but be careful with smoothies they can be very calorie laden, in Slimming World if a fruit is liquidised or cooked it goes from being free to syned,for eg you can eat 1 banana,orange or apple and known I have eaten them but break them down into a juice or puree and you could take in more than is possible if eating in the original form and dont feel you have had them,and SW is all about free foods where you eat until you are comfortably content.

. 6kg makes such a difference, doesn't it? I've lost 5 and feel so much better for it. I glance at food sometimes between meals but haven't been tempted to eat anything. It was the getting home tired thing that had me picking at food. Must say I don't feel hungry at all a lot of the time these days.
