I have also stayed the same which is amazing as my family have been to stay so cream teas and to muchwine We also have a 2 day wedding next week so.......

Stayed the same this week. That's ok, as we were away for the bank holiday w/end and had a few 'extras'.

HUGELY pleased that in spite of two birthday celebrations and a Christening this week I have stayed the same weight . Hurrah !

Talking of early, I'm absolutely NOT going to mention that the local golf club has a big banner up advertising Christmas dinner. grin
