Very slow to move anything off the rear end here and the annoying thing is it goes on there extremely easily - stayed about the same this week.

Still the same at 12stone 6oz. I do wish I could shift a bit more! However, on hols now until end of next week so will not be posting for next week. Depending on gain loss I will post on 3rd September! 
Stayed the same at 62.8kg despite applying rigorous portion control and reducing sugar consumption to a bare minimum 
The next 2 Mondays weigh in threads going up a bit early! 
As you know, glass had her laptop eated by the puppy and is waiting for a new one. (New laptop, not new puppy. It may have been hard to choose )
glass is away off to her new house for a couple of weeks and even with her DH's ipad, connection with the outside world is tricky unless you're stood on the chimney with a couple of semaphore flags in your back pocket just in case.
