Very slow to move anything off the rear end here and the annoying thing is it goes on there extremely easily - stayed about the same this week.

Still the same at 12stone 6oz. I do wish I could shift a bit more! However, on hols now until end of next week so will not be posting for next week. Depending on gain loss I will post on 3rd September! grin

Down again to 58.3kg . Hurrah ! Could it have something to do with reducing the amount of fruit I eat and upping the protein ? Same daily calorific value on the whole though .

I've managed to keep it all off that I have lost and kept to target weight,but I could cheerfully kill for a bar of Cadburys Wholenut,I'll just have to wait until after the wedding for a blow out ?

57.5kg again. I cannot seem to get lower lately. I have just spent time looking at websites about portion control for days when I am not fasting.

I have been stuck on this for a few weeks but I did seem to shed the excess I had put on on holiday.

Stayed the same at 62.8kg despite applying rigorous portion control and reducing sugar consumption to a bare minimum sad

The next 2 Mondays weigh in threads going up a bit early! smile

As you know, glass had her laptop eated by the puppy and is waiting for a new one. (New laptop, not new puppy. It may have been hard to choose grin)

glass is away off to her new house for a couple of weeks and even with her DH's ipad, connection with the outside world is tricky unless you're stood on the chimney with a couple of semaphore flags in your back pocket just in case.
