Hi everyone

I put on 1/2lb last week but I wasn't surprised as I had a stressful week and a night out so to much wine etc!

Back on track now - I hope grin

Hurrah ! Been really really careful even though I was away all weekend and am back down to 58.7kg instead of continuing to head back upwards .What a relief ! Now it is just a question of managing to lose that last bit again and then , more importantly , maintain the loss . Another week , another opportunity, I suppose .

I'd forgotten how helpful it is to post on here smile

Day one of getting back on track yesterday and I was ruthless! Until 10pm when I was looking for something else (truly!) and came across an unopened family bag of toffee popcorn and ate half of it without a backward glance. Absolutely mad.

The rest went in the bin this morning and I checked every cupboard to make sure there was nothing else lurking to tempt me. Day two today and no falling by the wayside so far.

Thanks for being here glass and everyone else on the thread, it's a big help smile

Still not sure what my weight is as my scales aren't very accurate but I am going to the gym again on a regular basis and eating very healthily. Still treating myself to a piece of cheese each night but planned to do that anyway because I wanted to have more calcium in my diet.

My week in Italy did me no good whatsoever weight-wise, gained 500g so that's 61.9kg.
Worth it though!
