Monday 4th November weigh in

12st 5.5lbs this week - no idea how this happened! Obviously too busy to worry much about weight watching. Sad day for all of us

I seem to be stuck at 61.9kg but not far off my target now, so not too worried.

I've slipped back into eating bread again. And not going to the gym often enough. Need to get focused again.

Where is everyone ? Too chilly to venture out ?

Hurrah and double hurrah ! Have had to put myself on an iron rich version of my usual diet for various reasons and have gone down to 58.2 kg in last two weeks ! Nothing more to say , except another hurrah ! ( Now I just need to maintain this and I will be a very happy (iron rich and fairly slim!) person )
