Monday 25th November weigh in

Well I have locked myself in the bedroom so I can't get to the kitchen. Not proud of myself but at least I refrained from making carrot cake today . Meeting up in Edinburgh sounds fun. I used to live there. Hope you had the full Scottish breakfast. ....

You should have seen what Glass ate tonight!

Well, weighed myself this morning and have put the 1lb back on, courtesy of munching biscuits with the painter/decorator for two days, and bacon sandwiches ( not at the same time .Today I declined breakfast and only had a sandwich for tea. Yes glassortwo I'll put a couple of my favourite recipes on here....but not tonight.....I've just had two large glasses of red..ooops.

Did I just say that... no must have been someone else.

I am sure they will be eaten galen I am looking forward to Edinburgh and seeing everyone again. I am not even thinking about being good until I get back.

I'm bringing the chocolates I didn't order but were sent to the GN meeting.
They're the chocolate club fortified selection. Do you think anyone will eat them? Or will I have to take them home again?

Tuesday, my birthday, arranged to go for coffee and cake with DD and DGDs.

Take them with you tegan there are some lovely walks up here. Do you only like hard cheese? As you can get really low Laughing cow tringles and philly.

I ate loads of cheese last night [got back to the eating a chunk of cheese last thing at night syndrome]. Oh; must go and dig out me walking poles before I forget!

see tegan its worth biting the bullet its never as bad as we expect, and it also calls a halt to those moments when you think what the hell.

I did bite the bullet and weigh myself this morning and wasn't anywhere near as bad as I'd thought . Lots of long healthy walks for me next week, hopefully [weather permitting].

coast that often happens when you reach goal, just takes a little getting used to not having to go full tilt at it, its all about getting the balance right. But clothes and eating before makes a huge difference.

Too much G&T over past few days but have cut out chocolate. Have lost 1lb. Oh and lots of chips because DGS has been here. Have you tried the Hairy Bikers diet book recipes? Tasty especially the carrot cake. ....mmmmmm.

I put on a pound and a half this week post getting to goal last week. Not so good but at least a pound of that was the clothes I was wearing and the fact that I had breakfast this week before I went. I hope it was anyway.

Yes bread is my main problem too. I just love it. Oh and cheese.
Put the two together and I am in heaven !
