sadsadsad Found out a problem with leggings. They let you pile weight on without noticing [unlike jeans which are like Jiminy Crickets ]. As I have to do the shopping and cooking oop north I ate man size meals for over a week and, as my foot is still sore I'm not getting much exercise. Result; have put on 1/2 stone. And just before Christmas as well.

Oh leggings are terrible for taking away the pinch you get from your jeans. tegan you have a week try to be good and you can pull some of it back, go careful on the bread and carbs... and the cheese grin I know its easy to say sod it and wait until January but only you can choose which path you take.

Will there ever be a January when I'm not on a diet? This will be my 46'th dieting year [I know that because I remember buying a loaf of slimcea bread when I started work at 16; I think I ate it in one go].

My eating is now totally out of control. And, although I'm probably not overeating too much, I'm getting no exercise at all. Would like to do a fast of some kind till Christmas but just not in the right mindset. Spoke to a pal on the phone last night that has done exactly the same. Really annoyed with myself.

Feeling for you Tegan . I've just started back on the 5.2 diet , great results and really worth the effort. Health and feeling good wise am loving the help from green smoothies, have you tried them? Recommend on amazon. The 5.2 diet meets the green smoothie, a perfect match! Inspired me, good luck
