GrannyK; I challenge you at that. I ate so much yesterday that I had to sit upright in bed as my tummy hurt so much. This was made worse by the fact that as I decided to finish off the washing up at about 1 am Anchorman 1 came on the telly and, never having seen it, I watched it whilst eating another helping of trifle [I wanted to get rid of it before today]. I am thoroughly disgusted with myself.

THis is an announcement to myself and anyone idly looking at the website in a spare moment . I have most definitely broken all records for fastest consumption of most calories over Christmas ( we celebrate on the 24th ), and enjoyable though it was TODAY IT STOPS or I will be depressed about the irretrievable nature of the inevitable weight gain . At the moment I have forgiven myself , but can sense that this might be difficult if I go on like this and spiral out of control .... Sorry not to sound festive , I am actually having a lovely Christmas , but am recognising danger signs. Drinking is not a problem - I need a notice saying "Please eat responsibly !" Anyway , on with the festivity - but via mfp !

I weighed this a/m 54.5kg. Despite several mince pies at 225cals each! I am going to try and keep to my fast day eating today.
Next Monday's weight might be a different kettle of fish though.
